What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership that focuses on you, what you want and need to nurture your well-being, and helps you find solutions that work for you. Through relaxed, targeted conversations you’ll identify your challenges and work toward finding and implementing solutions.

A life coach will help you feel completely supported as you work toward identifying destructive patterns and finding solutions that are unique and effective for your specific concerns and issues. You’ll discover what’s most important to you and what’s getting in the way of finding and maintaining a balanced, successful life.

Each session is 90 minutes.
